hey can anyone give me a fitness a progamme. i 've been running, and going to gym and doing sit ups. but i was wondering if anyone has fitness programme. i just done my medical form so can anyone help please
Thats too easy. Train 'till you can't train no more in my opinion. Remeber, cardio is priority. So get that sorted and start on small weights but do loads of reps this way you will build up stamina rather than bulk.
