Fitness Program

i was just wondering if any current or ex PTIs could posibly help me out in formulating a fitness program too suit my needs it would be very much apreciated!

I completed a years phase 1 at AFC(H) and was about to go onto phase 2 when, my fiance died from injurys sustained in an attack and i decided at that point i just needed to get out and get my head sorted befor carrying on!

that was almost a yr ago now and i am in the proses of re-enlisting but my fitness has plumated so i could realy do with some pro advice. please pm me and we could talk more that way.

If you need a programme is it to just improve your fitness or to re-inlist?

If it is to improve your fitness the training is generic. However, the training for re-inlistment is a little more specific. which is your prediciment?
