fitness program request

  1. Request goes out to any clued up PTI's who can help me out. I am looking for a fitness program tailored for toning up with the bonus of adding a little bulk. The poncy civvy gym instructors want to charge me 25 quid for this service but I aint gonna part with my money to keep these fruits in hair care products.

    my gym has all the usual kit ie. run machines, step, cycle, fancy weight machines, free weights etc.

    I am 38 yoa, 6 foot tall, 14 half stone, medium build and have been out of fizz for a few years.
    Any programs would be appreciated. cheers.

    You may well end up getting a few calls to see if you are interested in joining the TA but, if the Trg Prog is to your liking I'm sure that it won't be a problem!
