The velcro patch on her right sleeve indicates she's an "Adjudant" (WO2) so she probably has been in the force for 12-15 years depending on her trade (the technical trades tend to have faster promotion). She has most likely gone to an NCO school so did not rise through the rank hence the short time to be a WO2 when compared to the British Army.

The one on the right looks like she's borrowed her older sisters uniform. She doesn't look old enough to be out of school

FFS, pen in the top pocket and great big earrings? No FOD on the flight line...Same bird, apparently (on the right of pic, obviously)...
And nails that long will mean grip problems not to menbtion no decent liney ever had nails that clean. She's probably been dragged out of the nearest admin office for a photo shoot....

That green/snake patch on her right chest does look somewhat stuck on rather than comprehensively sewn on.
