"…First Airbus arrives in UK for conversion into RAF Voyager…"

And will cost vastly more than a genuine OTS Airbus military tanker version, can't carry cargo on the upper deck because it won't come with a strengthened floor or a cargo door, won't have a full DASS system and cockpit armour because we want to rent the ******* things out to Costanotalot Airways on weekends, and won't have a boom fuel probe so we can't fuel our allies planes.

Other than that, a bonzer bit of procurement if spunking £Billions up the wall on a completely shit bit of kit is your thing.

Voyager - proof that whilst any country can **** up procurement, when it comes down to it the MoD is truly in a league of it's own.
