Firefox not firing

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Been using firefox without any problems for about a year. Am running the latest 3.6 beta and that has been stable.

    An hour or so ago it crashed and I lost all my saved passwords so had to go the long way round and request passwords for sites. Cannot access my youtube account, came up with this when I tried to log in to youtube.

    An error occurred during a connection to

    Can't connect securely because the SSL protocol has been disabled.

    (Error code: ssl_error_ssl_disabled)

    All other sites are ok, but does not offer the remember password option as it used to. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. Anyone have a quick fix, otherwise it's an older version of firefox tomorrow or google Chrome ?

    Google is my friend all fixed now :) had to delete a file called cert8.db while firefox is closed restart firefox good as new :)

  9. Bit of a pointless figure to be throwing around nowadays. Does very little other than the odd mooch around for his own amusement.
  10. I tried Chrome, found it distinctly "meh". Plus I actually missed one or two add-ins, so back to FF.
