    This book is the biography of a young boy of mixed Pakistani/British parentage, born in UK, who is taken to Pakistan to be with his extended family when his father and mother separate. This is not a happy story as the boy is subjected to cruelty and is forced to stay in a mosque, barely allowed to leave. He is taught the ways of the jihad. The author, Alexander Khan, finally gets back to the UK and when he was old enough joined the British Army (subject of his next book) where he served for several years.

    The book has received an excellent review on ARRSE which can be found here. There are 5 copies on offer and to win one all you have to do is answer the extremely simple questions on the entry form on Survey Monkey.
