Field to freezer course


For those amongst us who would like to process game themselves I am now able to offer a full 1 day course in wild game processing. I intend to use deer and the students will get a full demonstartion followed by practice sessions on how to butcher the animal, cut and prepare joints and also process their own sausages and burgers. Lunch will be provided. I'm looking at about £120 per person per day for the course. This includes all the course materials and you can take home most of what you have prepared and worked on.
