Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I have just been made aware at work that there is a selection day for a promotion course on 20th March. Part of the selection is a two mile run, the other part is the RAF fitness test(bleep test, press ups, sit ups etc). Now, I'm an averagely fit 42 year old (6', 13stone), and what I would like to know is how to train to maximise the remaining time available and achieve the best results that I can on the tests.
