  1. Hi.
I was wondering what the army eye sight test consists of is it just reading the chart,"cover your left eye" etc etc, or do they look in to your eyes, I only ask this because my eye sight is ok but the optician said that I have a blot on the back of my eye and a mate told me that the army might refuse me because of it. The "blot" is totally harmless, (think of it as a freckle... just in my eye).

    Thanks. :thumleft:
  2. If its like the TA one its is really easy to pass. When i did my TA one i had half my face covered in bandages, after taking a kick in covering my left eye. an i still passed it

  3. Clearly not an IQ test then fraggle.
  4. No it wasn't. i couldn't read the letters on the wall, so they gave me picture to look at

  5. and some crayons?

"Read that chart with your left eye covered. Now with your right eye covered.
Now repeat with your glasses on"

If you wear glasses of course.
  7. the differneces was when i covered my right eye i couldn't see a thing, it was dark and then i realise that the bulb had blown, so my medical became a command task as well
