Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Telegraph Link

    Labours new stagey for tackling fanatics.

    The Government plans to spend £12.5 million, “helping” people who have “fallen under the influence” of extremism.

    The article suggest that this will be used to tackle venerable people who have been drawn into extremism. (presumable this being a kneejerk reaction to the Exeter bomber)

    – To me this just seems like a ready made excuse, yes I had a car packed full of explosives, but I didn’t know what I was doing because I’ve had a troubled past.

    But don’t worry, they face an even harder punishment than a presence sentence;

    "would face therapy and counselling from community groups instead of criminal charges.”
  2. Also jaci smith seems to have filled out lately?!
