Extinction Rebellion protesters - what to do?

Richard Madeley quizzed one of the smug t***s on telly yesterday, it's on YT. Madeley was clearly fuming and asked the smug git, what would he say to the wife of a man who had a heart attack and died while stuck in the protest hypothetically. Smug git says "sue the government".

He's quite right. If the govt had half a ball between them they'd have sent the police in there with billy clubs and cleared the blockade.

I fail to see why these creatures can't be cleared up in minutes.

Meatwagons arrive.

Arrests take place.

Off to custody.

Motorway reopened.

Charges laid for the injuries caused to the 50 year old requiring airlift if their joint enterprise played some part in that accident.

I'm not asking for the moon on a stick here. No beating them to a pulp. Just the rigorous application of the law.

Not quite that simple, some of those interviewed on the news yesterday had glued their hands to the tarmac.

Question, do they still have convoys of green lorries, escorted by green vehicles that look like fire engines, and green transit vans with blacked out windows around the M25? Bet they wouldn't stop for no "steenkin' protesters...."

I was once quizzed by a CND type of how close I'd ever come to a nuclear bomb, I replied with a relatively small distance and when questioned further about the location I responded with 'the middle lane of the M25..."

Those convoys WERE in fact stopped by protesters, who then proceeded to climb on the vehicles, or lay under them.

Again, all watched by police.

Suprised the gentlemen in the transit vans didn't have something to say about that.... Now that would have been fun to watch, protester vs bootie!

I’ve seen better vids than the one below, but this at least shows the convoy halted.

According to the newspaper today the rioters had already pre warned the police.

Standard practice. If someone is locked on in a way that might not be immediately obvious they always tell the police first. Makes it much easier to sue if the police make a mistake and the protestor gets hurt.

I'd be tempted, as the commuters did on the tube just to gently use my vehicle, especially a lorry,to "gently" push the twats aside!

Couldn't they be tasered to see if they really are glued to the road

Is it wrong to hope some drug smuggling Albanian gang are unduly inconvenienced by these belmers and plod isn't there to nursemaid them.

If these people insist on inconveniencing others, perhaps detaining them for several months in an open air fenced camp may be helpful? MoD probably has some rolls of razorwire available.
Put them in a disused Army camp in amongst the illegal immigrants they love so much.

You could televise it:
"Help, I'm a middle class meddler get me outta here."

From the police medic

By gad, sir, I like the cut of your jib! :)
