Extinction Rebellion protesters - what to do?

"Also some people can feel worried knowing that they may be arrested. We feel like we shouldn't have to put ourselves in that position to stand up against big companies."
I seem to remember the police in London being told last year not to touch the XR protestors.

Except the over 2000 that were arrested and those that were cordoned and controlled.
It's a good job the Met didn't allow central London to get shut down by this lot, eh?

Just getting back to Canada's problem with our Casino Indians and sympathisers (XR amongst them) shutting down railways across Canada in sympathy with the Wetsuweten Indians (I don't bother with the superfluous apostrophes in their tribal name) over a natural gas pipeline in BC, our government finally moved in and broke up some of the blockades and made arrests. Now in Tyendinaga since the Mohawks blockade has been broken up and removed and the trains are running again, they've now taken to throwing wood pallets and fair-sized branches across CN's tracks.

And to show how environmentally caring our noble stewards of the land are, they've also taken a page out of Winnie Mandela's book and have started burning tires on the tracks.

If it wasn't for the lives of the train crews and the Mohawks who want nothing to do with these shitheads, I'd love to see them derail about a 200-car train that's carrying nothing but LNG, and hope that it detonates.

Police warning there could be a stampede and crush at Saint Gretas bash in Bristol.
we live in hope and all that....
