We should still look at the cause of radicalisation, don’t you think?
What? Salafist Wahabbist Sunni Islam, the state religion of Saudi Arabia? That's been exported worldwide and is the moral underpinning for the vast majority of outrages carried out by the Alan's Snackbar Merchants? That's the driving force behind the "radicalisation" that you are talking about? And provided aid and comfort (among other things) to fifteen of the nineteen hijackers on 9/11?

I agree. Let's look at that. Very closely indeed.

Saudi Arabia has extracted the urine out of the West since the early '70's oil crisis. There've been a more than a few posts on here with regard to falling oil prices, Saudi's having to get jobs-the horror!-and all manner of alternative energy sources.
The combination of much reduced oil revenues and dwindling water supplies is surely the cue for old man Karma to enter stage left and do his thing.
I for one will look forward to the Appropriation of UK held Saudi assets and chattels Act 2027.

the common denominator is Islam.
Perhaps, and in the past when I was wearing green, it was probably those who practice Catholicism who were the dodgy lot and the way things are going at the moment, practitioners of Eastern European Orthodox Christianity might be making a significant intrusion into our lives in the not too distant future.

The common denominator in all of them though is that the vast majority are not really interested in causing problems. They just want to live somewhere decent and peaceful and get on with their lives trying to prosper like everybody else.

You need to concentrate on the actual agitators. Those are the one's who for political, religious or an assortment of other reasons do want to cause us actual harm or change the way we all live. Demonising whole communities serves no one except those who will use it as evidence that their actions which kill and maim indiscriminately are justified.

Yep, bang on the money. The Refugee (Family Reunification) Bill has just passed its second reading in the Commons. They needed 100 votes and got 129.

I'd hope for some common sense, but it's MPs we're dealing with here, therefore expect this to go the distance and become law.
And why is it exactly that every illegal immigrant is expected to be entitled to be able to bring in their extended families ( many no doubt will be no such thing, but entering on forged papers) into this country, when any sensible country will be deporting these illegal scum?.

No doubt these extended families will all be coming here to receive welfare and every other taxpayer funded benefit there is. Benefits that are denied to those who actually pay the taxes in this country.

Still more votes for the socialists, so hey ho! and all that.

You very obviously have no idea what the . The Refugee (Family Reunification) Bill is about.
Doesn't stop you posting utter gibberish though.

Quite the 'non-event' indeed.

Luckily the Judge and jury saw it for what it was and another Muslim is behind bars fior trying to murder and maim in our society in the name of their religion.

Well, it means we are saddled with more and more of these scum. No doubt some of those that claim to be related are no such thing.

The MPs who voted this in should be ashamed of themselves.

I imagine that @Bravo_Bravo will be straight on to his MP. No doubt he would consider this a monstrously severe and disproportionate sentence for someone who was guilty only of a "non-event".
Maybe those who are in favour of allowing illegal immigrants into the country should be made to pay a higher rate of tax to support them?.
