The US military says it is expanding several Iraqi prisons, including Abu Ghraib jail in Baghdad, to cope with a sharp rise in detainees.
Previously mr.Bush said...

...we will demolish the Abu Ghraib Prison as a fitting symbol of Iraq's new beginning.
It is an interesting idea to spend taxpayers money to expand the jail before its demolition.

It was obvious that then highly esteemed mr.Bush made his valuable proposition about demolishion of Abu Ghraib only he himself believed in realisation of this idea. Now 'American military' (that has more realistic approach) 'corrected' own pesident and supreme commander.

Physical expansion of the prison, or simply adding more prisoners?

I wonder which construction company will be granted the job of building the extension (funded by tax dollars) and then which company will be payed to demolish it?

I also wonder who has shares or interest in these aforementioned companies
