Excellent and unusal WW2 memoir

I bought an excellent book from a remaindered book shop

Bruno Friesen -Panzer Gunner: From my native Canada to the German Ostfront and back - In action with the 25th Panzer Regiment 7th Panzer Division 1944-45

This man should be a honorary ARRSEr. The account is a mixture of autobiography, comments and notes about using German army equipment and some NAAFI Bar-ish material about the character of the German Army. I have never before read a book with a chapter on the duration of Panzer drivers farts and their pride in the sphincter control needed to deliver a fart for every gear change. (6 forward and one reverse) There is also the DS method for patrols to inspect Italian brothels.
