Ex-Soldier Breaks World Record

#1
A former soldier from Swindon believes he has set a new world record by running more than 65 miles every day for seven days.

Mike Buss, 35, ran 517.3 miles (832.4km) on a treadmill at the Brunel Shopping Centre, beating the previous record of 468 miles.

Mr Buss has been running on the treadmill for 20 out of every 24 hours.

He said he was aiming to break 20 world records every year and raise £1m for the Help for Heroes charity.

Mr Buss had his hearing badly affected in an IRA car-bomb explosion in Northern Ireland in 1997.

The former Royal Green Jacket, who is now a physical training instructor, must now wait for his record to be verified by the Guinness Book of World Records.

He is already in the book for continuous cycling, running with a kit bag and running in a chemical warfare suit.

He needs to get laid and just chill out, seriously.

Sadly, each day he couldn't hear the adjudicator say, "That's enough mate, you can stop now".
