Ex-marine auctions Military Cross

An ex-Royal Marine who was the youngest serviceman to receive the
Military Cross has put his medal up for auction so that he can support his family.

Liam Armstrong, 27, of Carlisle, won the medal in 2003 for bravery and
leadership in Afghanistan.

there is another thread on this in the intelligence cell, my view is he earned it so he can do whatever the hell he wants with it.
Sad he wants to sell it but £30,000 won't go far.
