The foreign ministers will face three major issues when they gather here July 23: Kosovo’s stranded political status, the West’s deteriorating relations with Russia and a rapidly growing consensus that Europe must finally address the chaos of Darfur with more than just political declarations.
Just curious if there is support for a EU military intervention in Sudan
It is going happen, planning is underway, French lead.......may take some time though unfortunately.

How about a Eurpean Soviet Union 'relief mission' in Gloucestershire?

We give the thieving foreign gits enough very year - how about some return for a change instead of more stupid bureaucracy and diktats.

Oh! silly me, we mustn't upset our unelected and unaccountable masters in Brussels and spoil Mr. Mandelson's 'time in the trough'.
