A few of the phrases include:

2. We are sea-sick. Where is the basin?
3. Is that a bomb, a torpedo, a shell, a mine?
4. Look out! English E-boats, destroyers, cruisers, battleships, bombers.
5. Our ship is capsizing, sinking, burning, exploding!
6. Our section, platoon, company, battalion, regiment, is drowning!
7. The others, the whole division, the whole Army Corps, also.
8. Once again a ship is sinking.
9. Where our fleet – our air force?
10. The sea here has such a smell of oil.
11. Here even the water is burning!
12. See how beautiful the Captain is burning.
13. Charles – Willie – Fred – John – Abraham is burnt to ashes – drowned, minced
up by the ship’s propeller.
14. We must turn back!
15. We journey against England!
