Does any one have an idea what these 2 PTI periods are?
If you're referring to the basic PTI course, the endurance part is runs of approx 5 miles or so, on which the big teaching point is the use and control of front / rear markers at junctions.
The only agility stuff we did was basic gym work, rolls, vaults over wall beams. Nothing taxing.
