  1. My mate 8O works for a firm that outsourced his job in the 1st half of last year. Now his new job is under threat. Simple question is, if his old job is still going to be outsourced to India to a 3rd party would he be entitled to ask for his old job back as it still exists
  2. Read up on TUPE. Their may be a case for unfair dismissal.
  3. I think its more of CONSTRUCTIVE dismissal. My missus is going to Tribunal in June for a similar thing. The b'stards cut her permanent contract hours from 30 down to 9 hoping she would walk so they could bring someone else in on a temp contract. She did walk......straight down to the Law Society, got free representation, and is suing the feckers! Cant wait!
