Eating lots of fat and salt?

I eat foods that are sometimes high in fat and salt, but also do a lot of exercise and manage to keep in good shape, could this be doing any internal damage or does me doing all the exercise just make the fat and salt dissappear? Maybe a silly question but just wondering?
The reason i ask is because i want to gain weight, i'm eating as much as possible, just don't want to clog up my arteries or whatever lol. Wasn't sure if exercise prevented that?

Despite being extremely fit you can still have high blood pressure and irregularities that aren't noticeable. If you are concerned about these things then you must have a vague idea that too much salt and saturated fat are not good for you so the answer must be to cut back on them.
