Eating healthy in old town Warsaw, Poland.

Hi all,

Here by myself and recently lost 3 stone, any recommendations for healthy eating establishments as I don't want to put weight back on.
Thanks in advance

I think that a lot of city centre places in Warsaw will be just as poncey as anywhere else since the wall came down. So you can expect frugal portions of very pretty but anaemic food at inflated prices in a variety of pretentious restaurants. The queues are probably shorter than they used to be, though.

Alternatively, buy apples.

Not many calories, and cheap as chips in its country of origin.

Bison grass vodka. Tastes like medicine.
To each their own, but I beg to differ: the only vodka I've drunk that I thought a/ had a taste other than burning alcohol on the back of the palate and b/ was a taste I enjoyed.

Judging by Lidl's Polish week, their cuisine seems to be mostly "PARP " cabbage, "PFFFFFT" related, so you should be "PARP", allright.

Just go to a restaurant and ask for meat and a salad. How much help do you need?
