Dr Who Series 12 2020

John Pertwee was the best Doctor, there we have finished the discussion ;)
Peter Davidson needs an honorable mention. After all, it was in his story "Warriors of the Deep" that he gassed the Silurians. (He offed a companion too, Adric, in "Earthshock". Very bloodthirsty, our Dr.)

Dr Who and I parted company when they developed a flying Dalek.
I had always been safe up to then by strategically laying rolled up blankets around the downstairs at home. I was safe upstairs, of course.
Daleks don't need to use stairs, they just level the building.

Well the BBC seem to have got their way in puling Dr Who down to the lowest denominator, apparently Dr Who started off as a black female, or at least as an early form!

There we have it then, Dr Who was really hijacked by white male Gammons!

Maybe the series after the next one can invoke some wibbly wobbly timey whimey magic and wipe out any memory of Jodie and the coming season

How dare they be so sexist as to portray two women (who are actually the same woman), as being forgetful and to not remember a black woman, ohh that's got to be a hate crime. or something

and they were bitchy about clothing - that's such a stereotype

Next she'll be asking a man to park the tardis

It's obvious the audience isn't woke enough.
The thing is, there's a lot of good sci-fi out there which Doctor Who has to compete with. It simply doesn't. It's trite and simplistic, and agenda-ridden. It's increasingly used as a propaganda vehicle for the liberal agenda, rather than being what it should be - entertainment.

The Orville is brilliant if you haven't seen it.

Have to say the latest incarnation of Star Trek the series is the same, dire.

I was surprised they included hero worship of Tesla, forgetting his love of eugenics

The only method compatible with our notions of civilization and the race is to prevent the breeding of the unfit by sterilization and the deliberate guidance of the mating instinct. Several European countries and a number of states of the American Union sterilize the criminal and the insane. This is not sufficient. The trend of opinion among eugenists is that we must make marriage more difficult. Certainly no one who is not a desirable parent should be permitted to produce progeny. A century from now it will no more occur to a normal person to mate with a person eugenically unfit than to marry a habitual criminal.
but then they couldn't push the free energy, electric everything agenda

Mind you there are plenty of threads on here where comments about licence to breed and forced sterilisation are mentioned. Maybe Tesla should be an honourary arrser.
