Downloading YouTube videos on to DVD

Is it possible to copy YouTube videos on to DVD?
I recently found all 12 episodes of a documentary I loved watching as a kid on YouTube and as the VHS I've got with them on is on its very last legs I was hoping to be able to download the episodes on to my computer and on to DVD so i can continue to watch and enjoy them.

Forgot to add, that if you really wanted, you could use Nero or something similar to burn it to DVD with menus and chapters

Which is the downloading add-on that appears as an extra button on the Youtube front page, next to the name of the video being shown? I had it on this machine but lost it during one of my periodic computer catastrophes.

Appelian Technologies has a video capture suite that is very useful. You have to pay for the product but it's only about $39 US. There are two products that are of especial note: Media Capture and Video Capture. Between these two I have yet to be disappointed. Even streaming video from porn sites such as xHamster are a doddle. Nero is good for burning the end result onto DVD discs,
