Dog Tags

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. When I joined in the 1980's we had the old red and green tags that admin stamped for us. Then in the 1990's we had the circular tags that were sent to our payroll address. I want to get some tags done for my elderly father who is about to go for a major op. Just a wee gift from my kids as a good luck message to wear with his old 1950's National Service # and Regt. I hate those dog tag sites that sell US tags. Does anyone know where I can get a set of British Tags made for the auld fella ?

    Thanks in advance

  6. try the reneactment suppliers used by ww1 re-enactors. I don't have a link, but the re-enactors must get their kit from some where.
