Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. anyone about?
  2. Auld_sapper
  3. kesh dog section?? is that the tarts that arrived in the sherpa minibus from Lisburn for the friday night disco?
  4. There are a couple of us on here.
  5. Managed to get rather tired and emotional on a good number of evening in their bar, whilst on PGF back in '91.
  6. Still plenty of dogs in Lisburn looking for handling!
  7. Seen on the bog wall at Ballykinler in 1977 - "God is a dog handler in Long Kesh"

Can't argue with that. I wouldn't want to be on the wrong end of one of those land sharks.

  8. They're land sharks all right. The handler isn't allowed to discipline the dog for displaying aggression. He's just being 'handler proud'

Not allowed to bit the handler but anyone else is fair game. Which means if the dog bits say, a sentry - it's the handlers fault or the sentry's fault for getting near enough for it to happen. Or allowing it.
