I would love to get to know them though. We can discuss in a deep and meaning way, their views on being a muslim in the UK today and how they can help further our understanding.

All this could be done during some impromtu milling! C unts!

I'm sure the posting of these personal details in newspapers and subsequent discussion in this and no doubt many other forums will be a source of great joy to their defence lawyers.

Apparantly, one of them is a young mother who would have taken her child into martadom. Not sure which one as I cant tell a male name from a femail name. Why dont we put them all aboard an aircraft and blow it up once they are past our shoreline. Use their money that has been frozen towards the victims of the 7/7 fund

Blame Gordon Brown then for it was he who released them - but if as US media is reporting at least two 'suicide message' videos have been found then the Defence lawyers are going to be moving up hill.

Get rid of this shit, the police will have enough problems on they're hands with lawyers as it is.
MuzzleFlash

It appears that the new Anti Terror legisation around the corner includes the old NI style no jury trials,

Meantime don't worry about these boys and their Human rights its obvious given just how 'central casting' their names are that this is all a Jew/Buddist plot. Oh yes.

Won't make any difference I wouldn't have thought. With or without the release of this information, give it a week and they'll be roaming the streets again.

Once the human rights people start to whinge and whine it seems to be a licence for these people to do WTF they want and get away with it.

Bullsh*t. There is no requirement / justification for Diplock style courts in mainland GB for terrorism cases. There is some talk of abandoning juries for complex fraud trials, but this is far from agreed.

Jihad - Oh I really hope so mate, but knowing the current attitude of total appeasement running through our country, it'll probably be kicked into touch.

Kahonen, I agree 100%, but just incase we're wrong, time to mag to grid this thread.

Blimey Fred_Cat your in a mood today, just because there is no requirement / justification for Diplock style courts does not mean it won't be going forward or have you been asleep since 1997?

Bearing in mind that it is the judges who have been kicking in to touch anti-terror control orders and released the Bellmarsh detainees, why the faith in Judge only trials?

Agree with MF this is not the time or place to be discussing named individuals.

No, not in a mood AJ, but there is not even discussion, let alone proposed legislation for jury-less anti terror trials. Maybe you're thinking of the special immigration review hearings?

Agreed. I am also concerned there is a name missing from that list. Two, not one were lifted in Birmingham, and Firearms officers were not involved in those arrests.

Locked for the time being, while I talk to people that know about this sort of thing.
