Do you get paid for infantry training?

  1. should have basic training soon for like 17 weeks or something. Was just wondering do you get paid for these 17 weeks and if you do how much roughly. cheers

  4. No you won't get paid for that work - you only get paid once you have completed your underwater knife fighting course at week 18. :roll:

    No,You have to pay the Army £5.60 per day.(£6.90 at weekends if you stay on camp)
  9. If this is a serious question. Infantry training is 26-28 weeks not 17 and the answer is yes you do get payed approx £1084 per month(not taking away, rent, tax etc etc).

    Thats also £271 per week and £13,012 per year if you cant work it out
