    Not quite correct.

    Guilty until you can prove, with more witnesses than the Bloody Sunday enquiry, that you are not guilty.

    After you've read the stuff that you've been recomended to look at you could wander over (or phone and see if they will see you) to the UOTC connected to your Uni and see if they can explain it to you.
