It is amazing. Perhàps someone could do a reduced version using a mk4 for the ww1 challenge???

May have been mentioned before, but has anyone seen the work of Luke Towan? His landscape and diorama modelling tecniques are pretty good.

Great North Roads usually have a good set up at SMW Telford. I've got a few of their smaller items for 120mm figs. Highly recommended stuff.

Telford is a long way to go for me, but am very tempted this year.

Is it that cliquey then? I stopped going to a model flying club because of that.

When I go to the NEC classic show or War & Peace over half my time is spent going round the trade stalls though.

In my experience yes, which is a shame as the show is great.

That is a shame as it would be great to have a chat with model builders there. I've got some ideas but not sure as to how to implement them.

My ol'man was a member, he loved talking to new modelers and giving advise. Believe me, their not all like that. A lot of the high profile modelers who write for the comics, can be up their own butt's, not all though. Try a bit of flattery normally works.
