    Im normally 95-98 kg in my flip-flops

    well bugger me if the scales yesterday tipped 108 kg (U Fat bar steward)

    and thats before I tuck into chrombo dinner.

    Any good diets out there? or do I have to join fat fighters

    You could try the Marjorie Doors Diet (Little Britain) and eat dust, dust and more dust.

    You could always run into work and then get someone to take you home if you can't face the run back.

    Oh and check the scales, sometimes they don't read right - recommend weighing yourself every monday morning after your 3 S's, and use the same scales.

    I was contemplating the 'Hep A prison plan diet'

    i.e. shove a finger up my hoop, then down my throat, cathc Hep A and shit myself thin!

  7. Has it occurred to you that the problem could be that your flip-flops have
    become heavier?

    Did you get lead flip-flops for Christmas?
