Depression, if this indeed is your condition, of any sort is an illness just like any other. Nothing to be ashamed of in the slightest. There is a stigma (slight embarrassment for some) attached to the mention of such conditions, hence people react as they do in this thread.

Don't be afraid to seek proper help mate. Some of the best people 'get sad ons', it's when it gets too much, that you need support.

no mate theres nothin wrong with me lol

i was in debt at the time.. was gettin me down but i wasn't depressed

thought i went the quacks about it but i never... debts are cleared now anyway

and my medical got cleared last week so its no bother...

Excellente... when the debts are cleared life feels good eh?
