    I wouldn't normally support any cuts to the Defence budget, but the situation is serious and if they must come better that an old hand like Sir Richard should advise than some non military pencil neck.

    I think in fact, he makes a good point about counter terrorism and cyber warfare. We were always betterat sneaky, unorthodox and underhand warfare.
