  1. Just thought I would add this to the methods of keeping fit for the older chap. I've been decorating the new place for what seems like ages now and all the rollering, climbing ladders, rushing back to the shop to get what I have forgotten etc is keeping me relatively fit.

    As an old knacker with a gammy knee I don't do the running thing anymore and the beer belly is here to stay but combining making the place look presentable and keeping the heart rate up is a winner for me. Can't wait for it to be finished tho!!
