Death of Sig "Dids" Didsbury

Dids Story

Very sad my sincere condolences to his family, his friends and 21 Sig Regt(AS).
A very sad day indeed

My sincerest condolences to his family and friends and those who worked with him at 21 Signal Regiment.
RIP Dids. Mine and Mrs Boneys deepest condolences to your family and friends.

My thoughts and condolences to his family at this tragic time.
Sad day when I saw it on Ceefax, lovely lad.

First met him as a cheeky 16 year old (how did he join up at that age as an adult?) and he became a very popular character at Blandford in the rugby squad up until he got posted.

Gutted to switch on the teletext, smashing lad. Shall be missed.
My deepest condolences go out to the family, friends and colleagues of Sig Didsbury.

We will remember them.
My Sincere Condolences and Sympathies go to the family of Dibs. Such a shocking blow to the corps, who lost another one of their best men!!!

Young Dids i believe had only recently left the factory so it is very sad indeed. Also i would say how bitterly sad i was in repect of the news of Pete Armours' tragic death he was a true freind and still seems weird that i will never have the pleasure of playing together again.I suspect it will only hit home at the start of the 'corps' rugby season. RIP
