Dead Pool 2020

Former Canadian PM John Turner turns up his toes at 91.

If one were to assign a ranking to Turner based on our currency, where Borden is on the $100, Mackenzie King on the $50, then we'd be minting a coin of him worth One Eighth of One Halfpenny, Divided by Four.
I like your $5 bills.

Drummer Lee Kerslake dead at 73

That’s a shame. I love Uriah Heep and he was the drummer when the band was in its pomp. David Byron, Mick Box, Ken Hensley, Gary Thain and Lee Kerslake. What a band.
RIP Lee and thanks for the memories.

He’s just released a new album, so there is life in the old dog yet! From the review in Prog Magazine:

“It’s a joy to hear Wakeman going large, doing what most of us consider to be what
he does best: taking risks and landing it. The jury’s in: there is life on Mars”.
