    for many years in Ulster the common cry at Elections has been - "Vote early, vote Often." This applies to all sides equally.

    Plus ca change, as they say.

    A bit like the bus crash a while back on the Falls Rd,around 90 people put in claims against Ulsterbus....
  6. Isn't the quote to do with the masses.

    The article was saying that Sinn Fein - and any other party who has a member die in office - can use his vote to pass legislation.

    Surely this cannot be a good thing
