What sort of punishment would a soldier get if he wrote falsehoods/insults in a medical record? The last example I'd seen, I think the inf medic had just been sacked.

Back in 1980ish one of our clerks destroyed a "few" FMed 4's. I recall he didint want to be a clerk- he was allowed to become a Medic.

A bit of 'creative documenting' has just been unearthed at my place.

No chance of a cover up happening here.

The person I was on about, there was no cover up, he done 28 days at Para Depot nick. Which was 'Hard' in them days.

So I think the guy will be going away, if found guilty.

When i was at 3Cs recently, the Cpl that was running our Medical Doc's etc was adding vaccinations on the computer system, without some of us being vaccinated.

Nothing was ever done regarding this individual, although it was reported via the Medical Centre COC.
