CV or strength in basic?

  1. Whats more important to have for basic training?
  2. Overall CV fitness is far preferable to start with, most early physical training is aimed at increasing stamina. Try not to over-prepare to avoid injury and burning out, the staff know what they are doing and will 'guide and encourage' even those who have not prepared to any extent.
