Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. "Tony Blair must act to tackle perceived cronyism in public life to restore confidence in the system, standards watchdog Sir Alistair Graham has said."

Whats the bets on this guy not lasting to the summer.

Anyone who seeks to fight cronyism and corruption in the political establishments marks them self out as a traget for destruction. Remeber the sleaze watchdog that noticed 5 billion euros of wasted money and countless millions being fraudulently claimed as expenses by MEP's at the EU. Whatever happened to her? She was targeted by the head of the EU (The gwar taff Neil Kinnock) and stabbed in the back at every oppurtunity till she was forced to resign!

Same thing happened here with sleaze watchdog, who was forced to resign over being undermined by the government (Speaker of the house of commons had a strong part in that!: allegedly )
