Quick question to the PTmeisters....

If I want to imporve my fitness dramatically,prior to becoming operational, what is a good programme to follow, or how often can I train per day, and still be safe?

My age 35+ .

35+ = 40 ish

Therefore:-

Get up slowly rinse out mug in sink, careful to warm water to reduce the chance of shock

Hobble back to your chair WITHOUT your stick carrying mug of tea

Sit down gently and have a breather

For the next three hours pick up the heavy Remote and point it at the box intermitantly, flicking between Richard Judy and Countdown

When you bag is due to be emptied make your way to the stannah stairlift, moderate your breathing as you ascend.

If a bag isn't fitted squeeze softley you don't want your grapes to pop out.

Make way into bedroom throw energetically your soiled shreddies at the doby bin and climb under the heavy duvet....

Repeat for a week, youll then be fit enough to join the RRF  ;D ;D ;D
