These things are a menace. I've nearly been knocked down by one in the past and I feel there should be some sort of test that codgers should pass before being allowed out on the pavement with one.

Oh, and if she's got one of these why does she need a train???? Questions should be asked in the house.

Being back-scuttled by a 40 ton truck is 'quite a ride'? That bloke must be English to have such a command of the art of understatement!

I would have said "fffffgggnnnnnnnnnbbaaaassstaaaardsssss, whhooooooooooeeeeeeeeeee! Yyeeeeeeaahhhhhhhh, 'gen 'gen 'gen mewanna go 'gen!!"

An elderly woman drove her mobility scooter on to a train with such force that she crashed through the opposite set of doors and fell on to the track.
I had visions of a flash of bloomers with surgical stocking tops and a cabbage rolling out of her bag. :lol:
Do you think she was conducting a day light rehersal for a ram rade on the local Help the Aged shop?????
