Fetch me a bucket & shovel....
Fair enough giving odd stuff a go, but that was pretty dire. A kick for Fast Eddie leaving, if I remember right
This thread seems to have become the Any old shite cover version thread.

Many apologies if this has been posted before!

Lots of hilarious nodding from the audience, but Robert Plant and Jimmy Page seemed to enjoy it.

In two minds about this one. Kat & Wv was good, proper song, but Bangles had Spock in their vid. 6 & 1/2 dozn.
Spockversion

Kversion

Whilst they may be on a par musically, the former is miles ahead on the aesthetics.

I’m surprised this hadn’t been posted here as it’s been all over Facebook.

I appreciate this forum probably doesn’t have many posters who like the Prodigy, but this medley has energy and I suspect the string section will be appreciated...

Fair warning: you will never find a bigger fan of Iron Maiden than ME. I thought that orchestra nonsense was utter dogshit, I've seen it before (unfortunately)

I bought my first Maiden album when I was 9. It was Beast, I was 9 years old, and the man in Kragtrak Records was reluctant to sell me it as he thought the cover might frighten me.

He was full of shit, as he'd sold me Purgatory already.

This orchestra shit is nonsense.

I have seen Maiden Live all over the world. It's loud, it's raw, it's raucous, it's completely over the top. It isn't orchestra, however well executed.

It's supposed to be LOUD..

This crap devalues the greatest British Heavy Metal Band of all time, and it pisses me off.
