You don't get a CR any more it is an SJAR and the standard grade is a B for someone who is doing a good job. There are shadings of B+ or B-. If your 1RO wants to go outside these (to A or C) he/she needs to discuss it with your 2RO first. You should get an indication of your grade at you MPAR which will allow you to correct any shortcoming. Bear in mind that whatever grade you were getting under the old system your starting point will be a B on the SJAR system. To put things in perspective a dire write-up I saw recently resulted in an overall grade of B- and an outstanding one resulted in a B+.
