Corbyn the communist spy!

Somebody told me once that the Sovs had a file on every commissioned British officer. Love to see mine!
I can't say if that's true or not. What I do know, however, is that the Stasi "Special Department XV" (Sonderabteilung XV) had files on every Rupert and senior NCO who served in West Berlin. Given that, It wouldn't surprise me if they'd extended that to all Ruperts in the British Army.

It's actually a point I've never considered before, but I find it interesting, to say the least. So I'll make a few enquires among my ex-Stasi contacts and see what they have to say about it. If I find out anything I'll post it on this thread.

I expect this has already been posted, but Andrew Neil skewers the Tories for outrageous, unfounded comment about Traitor Corbyn (sic).

Try to keep up - already posted.

As to Corbyn being a "Spy" - I don't know, was he an intelligence asset for a foreign power? Was he paid for intelligence by a foreign power? These are perhaps questions that need to be asked and investigated as there appears to be a case to be answered - which your hero has declined to do and instead threatened the free press for asking such questions.

The Corbyn Files: The Czech secret service dossier | Daily Mail Online

Go away and read this...

"But as likeable as he may well be, the above examples are the only times defending Corbyn is acceptable (that I can recall — there are possibly others) and defending Castro merely makes it by the skin of commie teeth. Everything else mainstream opponents of Corbyn say about him is largely true. He’s a left-wing, socialist maniac with ties to the IRA, antisemitic activists, Marxists, Bolshevik revolution sympathisers and various other kinds of deranged nasties from across the subversive political spectrum. He’s also friends with mathematics whizz, Diane Abbott. Where it easy to like and fall for Corbyn, it is also easy to despise him."

You seem to have a need to support what normal people consider to be enemies of Britain - is it due to some failure of yourself that you hate the society in which you live?

I suppose it's a difficult one: Trust the ex-spy of a now friendly nation (granted, who's probably after a couple of quid), or trust the word of a friend of the IRA & Hammas who appears to be both anti-semetic and anti-British....
I guess. How far do we take it? Perhaps someone here could alleged he’s a paedophile and then we could debate that like it’s a fact too?

I’ve no opinion on Corbyn either way, btw, it’s just strange to read this thread.

Good to know those radios still work after all these years. Surely the one-time pads are a bit tricky to read with mildew though?

I also found that if you knew the ropes and were willing to take a risk, you could change W Marks into E marks at a 5 - 1 rate as opposed to the official 1 - 1 rate, I usually carried this in my sock to avoid detection.
In my day the exchange rate was 12:1 - Hence why I have a large East German trainset - firstly because I could, and secondly, screw them - my contribution to economic warfare. Ask the Brixmis boys about Meissen dinnersets :)

I would think there were few shall I say ethnics in GDR, other than a few 'approved' students and those undergoing military training, before being sent home to spread the message, at the time of the Corbyn/Abbott visit. So a good looking black bird on the back of a bike driven by a bearded white man would have attracted attention ? attention not being what most people in GDR did not want to attract.

So I contest that most Stasi informers would be straight on the blower to their controllers if they noticed the said couple in Karl Marx Strasse, Bad Pumpernickel, thus a written report would be generated and thus a file needed?

Also a lot of Soviet Army traffic on the roads, would not O i/c Convoy report said multi race couple seen on a bike as 'something of note' when returned to barracks? hence Lt told to report event in writing and yet another file?
You're actually wrong about there being "very few ethnics" in the GDR. There were thousands of them! Cubans, Moroccans, Syrians, Palestinians, Libyans, Algerians (who ran the officially "non-existant" prossies in Berlin, Capital of the GDR), Vietnamese, Lebanese, Italians, Frogs, to name just a few. The GDR wasn't isolated like North Korea, y'know.

If only I said I expect its been posted before. <<rolls eyes>>

I couldn't be bothered to wade through pages of turgid frothing about something that seemingly isn't actually true.

But I did expect it'd trigger various blowhards. ^^

Yes, I suppose training all those people in revolutionary struggle will end up with a good diaspora ;)

Why is it that anyone who criticises the failed and thoroughly discredited neo-liberal Capitalist system in the UK is automatically an "enemy of the state"? Don't you think it's conceivable that such folks would like to see a vast improvement in the social, financial and political conditions in the country? Or do you just like to defend the bovine maxim: "My country right or wrong"?

Only when you can grasp that the vast majority of the people of our country (not your country, as you decline to take citizenship) have no truck with the soul-destroying 'socialism' that you espouse.

Well done! You've learned your lessons well. All you have to do is continue to be just another docile rube, a pliant patsy, a malleable sucker and keep voting against your own best interests. It's like all the chickens in the world voting KFC as "Company of the Year".

I "decline to take citizenship"? Where'd you get that from? I already have Irish/British citizenship. My Da and Ma were born in 1919 and 1920 respectively and I was born in the Irish Free State (quite apart from my service in the British Army).

But what you're basically saying is that someone living in some country as a foreigner, despite being subject to the same social, financial and political policies as the nationals, shouldn't meddle in any issues. It that right? I'm actually mildly surprised that you didn't come up with the usual: "Go back to your own country!", or: "Go and live in North Korea!" Or are you saving that for another post?

So, once again. Do any of you actually believe the Corbinator was an asset of a WARPAC country?

Some people just need to feel outrage is how it looks. How many of you believed that MacDonald's contributed to the IRA?

Quite...

Corbyn would have not been a spy and had no state secrets or access to state intelligence,

Does not mean to say he was not recruited as an agent of influence, they play the long game the Eastern Block (HIS), who knows that may have thought that one day he would be PM, now there is forward think for you

You do keep some strange company Bugsy.
Aye, loads of ex Stasi mates, cosy evenings inside Soviet barracks in East Germany with his GSFG officer mates. If you didn't know Bugsy better you'd find it all a bit............er....unbelievable!
