Copper being quizzed over G20 death should not be a copper!

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Hmmm… retired on health grounds after 'road rage' incident…

  2. D'oh....

The copper needs the book throwing at him.... surely the questions on the recruitment forms should enquire to previous service (which should have brought something up) and to previous discipline matters or convictions.

    If not why not?

Also the police need to stop allowing "officers under discipline" from quitting. The police officer in Derbyshire/Notts who passed on address of an 80 yearold man, who was subsequently attacked by two nobs (he died of a heart attack thanks to the gutless fcuks throwing a brick through his forntroom window) managed to quit prior to disciplianry action.

If the copper is subjected to such action, they should be immediately prevented from quitting, until the process is complete.

Hmm. Leaked by whom and why?

I don't want to reach for the tinfoil just yet but is it possible that the bloke is being set up as a scapegoat for the general and fairly widespread failings of the G20 policing?

  4. I just love stuff like this:
Which actually means: It's something we were trying to conceal, but some knobber discovered this fact and we had no choice but to admit it.

  5. That was a Derbys cop thank you..! Notts cops just pass information to crime lords in return for cash and cheap clothes...
