Considering Joining

  1. I am seriously considering the army, the only problem is I am quite unfit at the moment because I left college and have been working full time; so haven't been able to find the time to exercise.

    What would you reccommend the best way to get fit is? I can't afford to pay for gym membership.

    There are lots of opinions there..
  3. Run, run and run. Then intersperse running with personal exercise such as press ups and sit ups You do not need a gymnasium. Nice but not needed.

    All you need to do is work. Gadgets are not required.
  4. What sort of level of fitness would I need to join?
  5. Can you bend over and touch your toes?
