L/Cpl Luke McCulloch was killed in action 6th Sep in Sangin province Afghanistan.

The newsletter had a list of RIRISH casualties (home and abroad) a couple of days ago, and I looked but no mention of the 3 lost last month.

My condolences to L/Cpl McCulloch's family.

I am reading Colonel Collins's book on 1 Royal Irish. L/Cpl McCulloch's loss will no doubt be deeply felt throughout the battalion.
